The Hutchinson Missionary Baptist Church Deacons’ Wives Ministry shall assist the Pastor in developing the spiritual life of the women and girls of the Church for the best possible Christian service. It shall cooperate with the Pastor and the Deacons’ Ministry in visiting the members in the care of the sick, needs, and distressed members of the Church; assist in the ordinances of the Church; baptism and communion. The Deacons’ Wives Ministry shall conduct themselves according to 1 Timothy 3:11 (KJV) “Even so must their wives be grave, not slanderers, sober, faithful in all things.”
